An electronic artist from Canada cuts and splices together three amazing minimal tracks.
A - Floating Mind | Realplayer Preview
A soothing track that sounds just like 2 syllables from Nancy Sinatra's "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)". A melody is made with a sedated, stumbling organ, while snares and high-hats keep the beat. Bloops, Blips, and Bleeps ensue to fill in the gaps and keep the sound from getting old. Very catchy minimal electronica.
B1 - White Gardenias | Realplayer Preview
Tight bass, quirky noises, and vocal samples so extremely chopped up that they are no longer recognizable. Very experimental, yet still very danceable.
B2 - Hacher L'Image | Realplayer Preview
The vocal sample in this track sounds like its over a hundred years old... A female voice is taken and cut into short little bursts to produce a female Bwoooh Bwoooh Doom Doom Blep... Underneath is tight hitting bass, distant bongos and snare drums that work together in an almost dub reggae fashion. Such an amazing unique new sound that makes me feel really groovy.
